[Problem] To provide a disposable diaper in which an inner body that has an absorber can be moved vertically in accordance with a wearers lateral decubitus position. [Solution] The problem is solved by: forming the inner body with a liquid-permeable surface sheet provided on the body surface side, a non-liquid-permeable rear surface sheet provided on the side opposite the body, and the absorber provided between the surface sheet and the rear surface sheet and fixing longitudinal front and back end portions of the inner body to an inner surface of an outer body, and not fixing the portion between the longitudinal front and back end portions of the inner body to the inner surface of the outer body.[Problème] Fournir une couche jetable dans laquelle un corps interne qui comporte un absorbeur peut être déplacé verticalement en fonction de la position en décubitus latéral de lutilisateur. [Solution] On résout le problème en dotant le corps interne dune feuille de surface perméable aux liquides disposée du côté de la surface corporelle, dune feuille de surface arrière non perméable aux liquides disposée sur le côté opposé au corps, labsorbeur étant disposé entre la feuille de surface et la feuille de surface arrière et en fixant des parties dextrémité avant et arrière longitudinales du corps interne à une surface interne dun corps externe, et en ne fixant pas la partie se trouvant entre les parties dextrémité avant et arrière longitudinales du corps interne à la surface interne du corps externe.【課題】装着者の横向き臥位姿勢に合わせて吸収体を有する内装体を上下方向に移動させることができる使い捨ておむつを提供する。 【解決手段】内装体を、身体面側に設けられた液透過性の表面シートと、反身体側に設けられた液不透過性の裏面シートと、表面シートと裏面シートの間に設けられた吸収体で形成し、内装体の縦方向の前後端部を外装体の内面に固定し、内装体の縦方向の前端部と後端部の間の部位は外装体の内面に固定しないことにより解決される。
