PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of correctly setting a plurality of puncture routes for a target tissue.SOLUTION: An observation surface 262 is an ultrasonic beam scan surface, for example, and based on the scan surface, an observation zone 264 is defined. When displaying a cross-sectional image indicating the observation surface 262, an existing puncture route symbol is displayed on the cross-sectional image together with a planned puncture route symbol. The existing puncture route symbol includes a projection image 274, a cross image 276, a proximal end marker 278, and a distal end marker 280. When a position and a posture of a probe are changed, a display position of the existing puncture route symbol with respect to the planned puncture route symbol is changed, and a display mode of the existing puncture route symbol is changed.
