PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot covering body which can relieve pains in feet caused in wearing shoes worn in a state of lifting heels such as high heels for women, and a foot support member.SOLUTION: A foot covering body 100 for covering a foot includes a first support line part 101. The first support line part 101 is disposed annularly from a sole side to an instep side of the foot covering body 100. The first support line part 101 passes from a position of a head of metatarsal to a position of a proximal phalanx in the sole side of the foot covering body 100, and passes from a position of a shaft of metatarsal to a position of a navicular bone or a cuboid bone in the instep side of the foot covering body 100.
