The present invention relates to a composition for cartilaginous tissue repairand to a productionmethod therefor. To this end, the present invention comprises the steps of:(a) dissolving freeze-driedfibrinogen in an aprotinin solution； (b) dissolving freeze-dried thrombin in astabilizingsolution； (c) mixing an enriched collagen solution with thrombin and thestabilizing solution； andinstalling the fibrinogen solution (a) to one side of a dual kit and thesolution (c) containing thecollagen to the other side, and then mixing and injecting into damagedcartilaginous tissue. Inthe present invention, which is constituted as described above, biomaterialssuch as collagenand fibrin are mixed so as to allow damaged cartilaginous tissue to berepaired to a stateallowing transplantation onto the tissue, and efficient regeneration isinduced, thereby making itpossible to reduce surgery-related stress on people and animals while inducingrelatively rapidand efficient cartilage repair and regeneration, and, as a result, making itpossible tosubstantially improve product quality and reliability and so impart a goodimpression to thepatient who is the user.
