PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium phosphate composition with its hardening time within an appropriate range and with an excellent marginal sealing property, the hardening time being the time necessary for the composition to harden after a medical solution is applied to the composition to be used in clinical practice.
SOLUTION: The calcium phosphate composition includes calcium phosphate particles (A) and layered silicate particles (E). The calcium phosphate composition is characterized by inclusion of 0.5-30 pts.wt. of the layered silicate particles (E) based on 100 pts.wt. of the calcium phosphate particles (A).
