PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infusion pump which suppresses pulsation of a feeding flow rate.SOLUTION: An infusion pump comprises an infusion pump cassette including: a body member which has an inner space partitioned by an inner wall surface 203a, makes a tube 50 received from a receiving inlet 203b circle along the inner wall surface 203a, and makes the tube 50 extend to the outside from an extending outlet 203c and a ring member 220 which is inserted in a position where the tube 50 is sandwiched between the inner wall surface 203a and the ring member in the inner space and squeezes the tube 50 by pressing the tube 50 against the inner wall surface 203a.
