PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope accessory which can perform positioning accurately, quickly and easily.SOLUTION: The endoscope accessory 1 includes a hollow cylinder 10, a positioning ring 20 fitted to the hollow cylinder 10 and a sleeve 30 fitted to the hollow cylinder 10. The hollow cylinder 10 includes a first external wall threaded portion 13, a second external wall threaded portion 14, and an intermediate portion 15 positioned between the first external wall threaded portion 13 and the second external wall threaded portion 14, on an external wall surface. The positioning ring 20 includes a first internal wall threaded portion 21 to be engaged with the second external wall threaded portion 14 on an internal wall surface, is engaged with the hollow cylinder 10 by the threaded portions and is slid along the axial direction of the hollow cylinder 10. The sleeve 30 includes an opening 31 and a second internal wall threaded portion 33 on the internal wall surface.
