A pharmaceutical lyophilized preparation, including: botulinum toxin, polysorbate and methionine； iodine or more components selected from the group consisting of sugar, sugar alcohol, and an ionic compound. 2. The pharmaceutical lyophilized preparation according to claim 1, wherein the botulinum toxin is selected from the group consisting of Botulin Serotypes A, B, C, D, E, F and G.3. The pharmaceutical lyophilized preparation according to claim 1, wherein the botulinum toxin is a form without a complexing protein or a complex form with a complexing protein. The pharmaceutical lyophilized preparation according to claim 1, wherein the polysorbate is any one of the polysorbates 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100.5. The pharmaceutical lyophilized preparation according to claim 1, wherein the polysorbate is included in an amount of from 0.01 to 2 mg relative to 100 units of botulinum toxin. The pharmaceutical lyophilized preparation according to claim 1, wherein the methionine is included in an amount of from 0.01 to 10 mg relative to 100 units of botulinum toxin. The pharmaceutical lyophilized preparation according to claim 1, wherein the sugar is one or more selected from the group consisting of trehalose, sucrose, maltose, fructose, raffinose, lactose and glucose. The pharmaceutical lyophilized preparation according to claim 1, wherein the sugar is included in an amount of from 0.1 to 50 mg relative to 100 units of botulinum toxin. The pharmaceutical lyophilized preparation according to claim 1, wherein the sugar alcohol is one or more selected from the group consisting of cyclodextrin, mannitol, sorbitol, glycerol, xylitol and inositol. The pharmaceutical lyophilized preparation according to claim 1, wherein the sugar alcohol is included in an amount of from 0.1 to 50 mg relative to 100 units of botulinum toxin. Farm1.
