PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretzel product having a thick taste, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The pretzel is obtained by attaching any one composed of oil, a seasoning, cream and chocolate on a baked asymmetrical rod-formed pretzel having a groove part over its length direction and a convex part corresponding to the groove part, and by making the amount of the material attached more to the groove part than that to the convex part. The pretzel does not contain any swelling agent, and pretzel dough is baked under a dry heat condition, while suppressing the swelling.
