The present invention relates to a moveable assistive device, comprising a bearing body of assistive device. The top of the bearing body has a hard surface such as a metal plate. A rotation and translation mechanism is connected with the lower central portion of the bearing body, and a cross bar having a groove is connected to the two sides of the lower portion of the bearing body. The bearing body is connected with the back-rest body with a coupling joint, which can adjust the angle between the back-rest body and the bearing body with the angle adjustment range being at least 90 degrees and 180 degrees. The lower portion of the bearing body has a fully detachable wheel carrier, whose function is to move the moveable assistive device.
