Disclosed is a fixing device including a bolus. The fixing device including a bolus according to the present invention is used for supporting a patient in radiation therapy and includes: a pad part which has a surface corresponding to a body curve； a bolus which controls the penetration depth of radiation； and a fixing part which is formed on one side of the pad part and fixes the bolus to the pad part. According to the present invention, the fixing device improves convenience of use of the bolus by fixing the bolus to the pad part which maintains the posture of a patient in radiation therapy, removes an effort for setting the position of the bolus since the position of the bolus is fixed with the adjustment of the pad part, and enables stable coupling even though a plurality of boluses are used.조직보상체를 포함하는 고정기구가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 조직보상체를 포함하는 고정기구는, 방사선 치료시 환자를 지지하는데 사용되는 고정기구에 있어서, 환자의 신체 굴곡에 맞게 표면이 형성되는 패드부； 방사선의 침투 깊이를 조절하는 조직보상체； 및 패드부 일측에 형성되어 조직보상체가 패드부에 고정되도록 하는 고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 방사선 치료시 환자의 자세를 일정하게 유지하도록 하는 패드부에 조직보상체가 고정되도록 하여 조직보상체의 사용편의성이 증대되며, 조직보상체의 위치가 패드부의 조정과 함께 고정되므로 조직보상체의 위치 설정을 위한 번거로움이 해소되고 다수의 조직보상체를 사용하는 경우에도 안정된 결합이 이루어질 수 있다.
