Devices, systems and methods for transcutaneous charging of implanted medical devices are provided herein. Such devices include a portable charging device and an attachment device for affixing the portable charging device to a skin of the patient in a suitable location and alignment over the implanted medical device to faciliate charging. The attachment device can include a frame having an opening through which the charging device is mounted and one or more tabs extending laterally from the opening, each tab including an adhesive surface and being movable from a first position extending away from a skin of the patient to facilitate positioning of the charging device and a second position extending toward the skin of the patient so as to engage the skin of the patient and affix the charging device to the patient after being properly positioned.L'invention concerne des dispositifs, des systèmes et des procédés permettant de recharger, par voie transcutanée, des dispositifs médicaux implantés. Ces dispositifs comprennent un chargeur portatif et un dispositif de fixation servant à fixer le chargeur portatif sur la peau du patient au niveau d'un emplacement approprié et dans l'alignement du dispositif médical implanté afin de faciliter sa recharge. Le dispositif de fixation peut comprendre un cadre comportant une ouverture dans laquelle est monté le chargeur et une ou plusieurs languettes se prolongeant latéralement à partir de l'ouverture, chaque languette comprenant une surface adhésive et étant mobile entre une première position à une certaine distance de la peau du patient pour faciliter la mise en place du chargeur et une seconde position à proximité immédiate de la peau du patient de manière à venir en contact avec la peau du patient pour fixer le chargeur sur le corps du patient une fois le chargeur correctement positionné.
