The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting angiogenesis and a novel sulfonyl amide derivative compound which can be useful for the prevention or treatment of angiogenesis-related diseases or disorders. Since the compound used as an active ingredient in the pharmaceutical composition of the invention is specifically bound to UQCRB and inhibits biological functions thereof, apoptosis is not induced and angiogenic responses are inhibited. Therefore, the compound used as an active ingredient in the pharmaceutical composition of the invention can be useful as an effective and safe angiogenesis inhibitory agent.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique pour linhibition de langiogenèse et un nouveau composé dérivé de sulfonyl amide qui peut être utile pour la prévention ou le traitement de maladies ou de troubles liés à langiogenèse. Puisque le composé utilisé en tant que principe actif dans la composition pharmaceutique de linvention est spécifiquement lié à UQCRB et inhibe les fonctions biologiques de celui-ci, lapoptose nest pas induite et les réponses angiogéniques sont inhibées. Par conséquent, le composé utilisé en tant que principe actif dans la composition pharmaceutique de linvention peut être utile en tant quagent inhibiteur efficace et sûr de langiogenèse.본본 발명은 혈관신생-관련 질병 또는 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있는 혈관신생 억제용 약제학적 조성물 및 신규한 설포닐 아마이드 유도체 화합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물에서 유효성분으로 이용되는 화합물은 UQCRB에 특이적으로 결합하여 이의 생물학적 기능을 억제하기 때문에, 세포사멸을 유도하지 않으면서 혈관신생 반응(angiogenic responses)을 억제하여 효과적이면서도 안전한 혈관생성 억제제로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
