The present invention relates to oxadiazole compounds in all their stereoisomeric and tautomeric forms and mixtures thereof in all ratios and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, pharmaceutically acceptable solvates, pharmaceutically acceptable prodrugs and pharmaceutically acceptable polymorphs. The invention also relates to processes for the manufacture of the oxadiazole compounds and to pharmaceutical compositions containing them. The said compounds and their pharmaceutical compositions are useful in the treatment of cancer, particularly chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). The present invention further provides a method of treatment of cancer by administering a therapeutically effective amount of said compounds or their pharmaceutical compositions, to a mammal in need thereof.La présente invention concerne des composés oxadiazole sous leurs formes stéréoisomériques et tautomériques et leurs mélanges selon toutes les proportions et leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, les solvates pharmaceutiquement acceptables, les promédicaments pharmaceutiquement acceptables et les polymorphes pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Linvention concerne également des procédés de fabrication des composés oxadiazole et des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant. Lesdits composés et leurs compositions pharmaceutiques sont utiles dans le traitement du cancer, particulièrement de la leucémie myéloïde chronique (CML). La présente invention concerne, en outre, un procédé de traitement du cancer par ladministration dune quantité thérapeutiquement efficace desdits composés ou leurs compositions pharmaceutiques à un mammifère en ayant besoin.
