This invention mainly provides a method of processing lingzhi mushroom food which can be taken via buccal, stewing or fast brewing route. The method comprises: first using a solvent to extract from solid lingzhi mushroom an extract solution containing lingzhi mushroom solute then cutting the extracted lingzhi mushroom residue into lingzhi mushroom residue slices with a predetermined thickness then dipping the lingzhi mushroom residue slices with the extract solution containing lingzhi mushroom solute to form an edible lingzhi mushroom semi-finished product and finally drying the edible lingzhi mushroom semi-finished product to obtain lingzhi mushroom residue slices coated with lingzhi mushroom extract, thereby providing lingzhi mushroom food which can be taken conveniently via buccal, stewing or fast brewing route.本發明主要提供一種可供口含、燉煮或快速沖泡食用的靈芝食品加工方法。所述方法係先使用溶劑將固態靈芝萃取出含有靈芝溶質的萃取液,並將萃取後的靈芝渣體裁切呈預定厚度的靈芝渣片,再將靈芝渣片沾附含有靈芝溶質的萃取液,使成為食用靈芝半成品;最後,將食用靈芝半成品乾燥即可獲致於靈芝渣片外層裹覆有靈芝萃取物,以方便口含、燉煮或快速沖泡食用的靈芝食品。
