PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide immunogenic compositions.SOLUTION: The immunogenic compound comprises (a) a first antigen, (b) at least a first and a second adjuvants, and (c) a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, where the first adjuvant comprises organic microparticles, the second adjuvant comprises an imidazoquinoline compound established within the organic microparticles, and the composition elicits an immune response to the first antigen when administered to a vertebrate subject.
