An orthosis with controlled angular excursion that can be positioned at the level of a joint or articulation of the human body comprises an articulated joint (10) with a basic structure (11) designed to be positioned on the joint and which comprises, centrally, a pin (12) with toothing (13) located in a circular sector with predetermined width. The basic structure (11) and the relative pin (12) provided with toothing (13) are equipped with a respective pair of rings (14) each of which has a substantially elongated shape wherein a hollow part, or slot, comprises two straight sectors of which at least one is provided with toothing with the same pitch as the toothing (13) of the pin (12) with which it engages. The two rings (14) can, when in use, be simultaneously rotated around the pin (12) and are provided with slots (15) which in turn comprise means (16) of traction of the orthosis.Linvention concerne une orthèse à désalignement angulaire réglable qui peut être positionnée au niveau dune jointure ou dune articulation du corps humain et comprend une jointure articulée (10) dotée dune structure de base (11) conçue pour être positionnée sur la jointure et comportant, en son centre, un axe (12) doté dune denture (13) se trouvant dans un secteur circulaire de largeur prédéfinie. La structure de base (11) et laxe (12) relatif doté dune denture (13) sont équipés dune paire respective danneaux (14), chacun présentant une forme sensiblement allongée. Une partie creuse, ou une fente, comprend deux secteurs rectilignes dont lun au moins est pourvu dune denture ayant la même hauteur que la denture (13) de laxe (12) avec lequel il est en prise. Les deux anneaux (14) peuvent, lors de lutilisation, tourner simultanément autour de laxe (12) et sont munis de fentes (15) qui à leur tour comprennent un moyen (16) de traction de lorthèse.
