PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater catchment device collecting rainwater for watering a flower decoration, capable of being carried and easily set at any position with space-saving and obtainable at a low cost. SOLUTION: This rainwater catchment device comprises a dish-like catchment panel 2 having a catchment drain 2b receiving rainwater with a downslope formed thereon and a vertical cylinder body 1 having an opening 1b at the top end or on the sidewall thereof and supporting the catchment panel 2, wherein the cathment drain 2b is clossed with the dish-face at right angles and is fitted or attached to the opening 1b.
