PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training device which is easy to carry and enables a user to perform an effective upper limb exercise at any place.SOLUTION: A training device 100 allows a user to perform mainly a closing motion chain type upper limb exercise and a body trunk forward tilting exercise, and comprises an operation rod 10, an operation rod holding part 20, a fixing part 30, and an operation part 40. The operation rod holding part 20 holds the operation rod 10 at a shaft lower end 11 of the operation rod 10 in a standing state of standing the operation rod in a vertical direction. The operation rod holding part 20 is elastically deformable and restored to the standing state by the elastic deformation with the shaft lower end 11 as a fulcrum when the operation rod 10 is tilted. An elastically deformable bowl-shaped suction member 31 as the fixing part 30 is adsorbed and fixed to a floor surface 50 by applying a vertical load to the suction member 31, and the operation rod holding part 20 is fixed to the floor surface 50. The operation part 40 is provided at a shaft upper end 12 of the operation rod 10 and receives an operation to the operation rod 10 through a hand of a user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】容易に持ち運べ、如何なる場所でも効果的な上肢運動が行えるトレーニング装置を提供する。【解決手段】トレーニング装置100は、主として閉鎖運動連鎖方式の上肢運動や体幹前傾運動を行わせるものであり、操作棒10と操作棒保持部20と固定部30と操作部40とを備える。操作棒保持部20は上下方向へ起立させた起立状態で操作棒10を操作棒10の軸下端11において保持する。また、操作棒保持部20は弾性変形可能であり、軸下端11を支点として操作棒10を傾斜させても弾性変形により上記起立状態へ復元する。固定部30としての弾性変形可能なお椀型の吸引部材31に垂直荷重をかけることにより吸引部材31は床面50に吸着固定され、操作棒保持部20は床面50に固定される。操作部40は、操作棒10の軸上端12に設けられ、使用者の手を通じた操作棒10への操作を受け付ける。【選択図】 図1
