The present invention relates to a fat suctioning device for suctioning and discharging fat accumulated in a human body. In particular, multiple adsorbing holes are formed on the front surface of a fixing pipe to come in contact with the epidermal layer of a human body, and an air suctioning pipe is formed in a lower side part of the fixing pipe, so the epidermal layer coming in contact with the adsorbing holes is adsorbed to the epidermal layer by means of suctioning force to be suctioned to an air suctioning hose.
