The present invention relates to a pipe length adjustment device including: a fixing body portion placed at a folding part of a pipe, coupled with a rear pipe, and accommodating and fixing the pipe penetrating an inner portion of the fixing body portion； a pipe position regulation unit mounted on the fixing body portion and capable of fixing or moving a forward pipe by using a pipe adjusting tool operated in conjunction with a rotation operation of an operation handle positioned outside； and a pressing unit mounted in the fixing body portion and providing a pipe fixing force by pressing the forward pipe position regulation unit. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lengths of the forward and rear pipes can be adjusted by anyone and with ease by the use of the pipe adjusting tool operated in conjunction with the operation of the operation handle.
