A cable length adjusting unit for selectively fixing or moving a position of a cable body is positioned in a cable clamp housing through which the cable body connecting the handpiece and a control body passes. The weight of the handpiece and the weight of the cable body are dispersed so that the load applied to an affected part of a patient during an operation is minimized and the force used by an operator to move the handpiece can be minimized.
