The present invention provides a multi-wavelength laser treatment apparatus and a handpiece used therein. According to the present invention, it is possible to freely adjust the skin penetration depth of the laser by allowing the use of different laser beams of two or more different wavelengths selectively or simultaneously with one handpiece in addition to free adjustment of a beam area of the laser beam irradiated to a skin lesion area, thereby maximizing a therapeutic effect using the high-powered laser beam.
