PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the pressure inside a cuff to be easily adjusted.SOLUTION: In a cuff pressure adjuster (1) for adjusting the pressure of a cuff provided for the close contact with the trachea, a pump (tube pump 3) configured so as to change operations among operation of forced air supply to the cuff, operation of forced air exhaust from the cuff, and air supply and exhaust stop operation, and a pressure indicator (4) for measuring and displaying the pressure of the cuff are connected to the tube (2) connected to the cuff. The cuff pressure adjuster is also provided in the middle part of the tube (2) with an excessive pressure releasing valve (6) for releasing the pressure when the inner pressure of the tube (2) reaches prescribed pressure or more, and an excessively small pressure releasing valve (7) for releasing the pressure when the inner pressure of the tube (2) reaches prescribed pressure or less.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】カフの内部の圧力を容易に調整できるようにすること。【解決手段】本発明では、気管に密着させるために設けられたカフの圧力を調整するためのカフ圧調整器(1)において、カフに接続するチューブ(2)に、カフへの強制給気動作とカフからの強制排気動作と給排気停止動作とに動作変更可能に構成したポンプ(チューブポンプ3)と、カフの圧力を測定し表示する圧力表示器(4)とを接続することにした。また、本発明では、前記チューブ(2)の中途部に、チューブ(2)の内圧が所定圧力以上となった場合に開放する過大圧力開放弁(6)や、チューブ(2)の内圧が所定圧力以下となった場合に開放する過小圧力開放弁(7)を設けることにした。【選択図】図1
