PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire wheel assembly and an electric vehicle that can achieve traveling adapted to various road surface conditions.SOLUTION: A tire wheel assembly 1 includes a pneumatic tire 2 and a wheel 3 to which the pneumatic tire 2 is mounted. The tire wheel assembly 1 further includes an auxiliary wheel 5 connected to the wheel 3.
