A signal acquisition sensor array, an electronic device including the same and a mattress including the same are provided. The signal acquisition sensor array includes a connection layer, at least two types of sensor units, a signal acquisition circuit, and a signal cable electrically connecting between each type of the sensor units and the signal acquisition circuit. Each type of the sensor units includes a first vibration-resistant substrate and a sensor element aligned with the first vibration-resistant substrate and arranged between the first vibration-resistant substrate and the connection layer. The at least two types of sensor units are aligned at intervals to form an array arrangement on the connection layer.
