A band in the present invention forms a cold and hot fomentation pack storing part on the band made of a fabric material which can be put on a human body, and is simply attached and detached from a cold and hot pack body which is cooled or heated to the temperature suitable for treatment on the storing part to solve a problem of pain on the arm or limit to motion cause by gripping the cold and hot pack with the hand and putting on the part needing cold and hot fomentation for a long time, a problem of cooling or heating the unnecessary hand during heating and cooling of the injured part to be treated, and a problem of having difficulty in hot and cold fomentation during sleeping.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본원발명은 상술하였듯이 인체에 착용할 수 있는 직물소재로 이루어진 밴드에 내외부 일측에 냉온(冷溫) 팩 수용부를 구성하고 여기에 치료에 적당한 온도로 냉각되거나 가열된 냉온 팩 몸체를 간편하게 탈부착하여 사용하므로 일일이 손으로 상기 냉온 팩을 파지하여 장시간 냉온 찜질이 필요한 곳에 대고 있어야 하므로 팔이 아프거나 행동에 제약을 받는 문제점이 있었으며 치료하고자 하는 환부의 냉이나 온열시에 불필요한 손을 냉각이나 온열 하는 문제와 더불어 수면중에는 냉온 찜질을 하기 어려운 문제점을 해소할 수 있다.
