PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image quality of a displayed image in association with change in a range of a flow velocity value.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a control part, a reception part and an allocation part. The control part makes an ultrasonic probe execute a first ultrasonic scanning for collecting blood flow information in a first scanning range, and makes the ultrasonic probe execute a second ultrasonic scanning for collecting information on a tissue shape in a second scanning range in a time division manner during the first ultrasonic scanning. The reception part receives instruction for changing a displayed flow velocity value in displaying the blood flow information.
