The present invention relates to an aqueous or hydro-alcoholic suspension of chitosan, dispersed cellulose nanofibers, and an acid, wherein the cellulose nanofibres are not TEMPO-oxidized cellulose nanofibers, which is suitable for obtaining a hydrogel composite comprising a network of chitosan and cellulose nanofibers. The suspension of the invention is useful for tissue regeneration and the hydrogel of the invention is useful as bioresorbable and biocompatible implant.La présente invention concerne une suspension aqueuse ou hydro-alcoolique de chitosane, de nanofibres de cellulose dispersées et d'un acide, les nanofibres de cellulose n'étant pas des nanofibres de cellulose oxydée par TEMPO, qui est appropriée pour obtenir un composite d'hydrogel comprenant un réseau de nanofibres de chitosane et de cellulose. La suspension de l'invention est utile pour la régénération tissulaire et l'hydrogel de l'invention est utile en tant qu'implant biorésorbable et biocompatible.
