PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of increasing the advance quantities of respective upper treatment element and lower treatment element and performing massage with the fixed interval of the treatment elements even when the advance quantities are changed.SOLUTION: Each massage part 6 includes: holding parts 45 having multiple treatment elements 81 support parts 40 for supporting the holding parts 45 advance/retreat means 101, 111 for allowing the holding parts 45 to advance or retreat with respect to a treated person and massage drive means 60. The holding parts 45 have a first shaft 104 arranged in the one holding part 45 and a second shaft 114 arranged in the other holding part 45. The advance/retreat means 101, 111 include: the first advance/retreat means 101 for allowing the one holding part 45 to advance/retreat with the second shaft 114 as a fulcrum and the second advance/retreat means 111 for allowing the other holding part 45 to advance/retreat with the first shaft 104 as a fulcrum. The first advance/retreat means 101 and the second advance/retreat means 111 are respectively independently driven.
