PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cassette holder and a medical bed, in which a cassette holder can be entered in and taken out of the predetermined fixing position at the lower part of the bed floor section, can be fixed in the predetermined fixing position of the lower part of the bed floor, and also can be removed out of the fixing position easily, without providing a drive mechanism.SOLUTION: When a fixed lever 21 and a rotating lever 22 provided in one side are gripped, a fixed lever 31 and a rotating lever 32 provided in the other side approach each other, contact sections 25, 35 of both stoppers 24, 34 space apart from a guide rail 15, and thus the insertion of cassette holder 1 is enabled.
