The present invention relates to a hospital room bed integrated with an inspection cassette tray, which enables emergency patients or patients with reduced mobility to receive radiographic imaging without being moved to a radiographic imaging device. The hospital room bed comprises: a table (10) which is provided on the bottom surface of a bed (1) having, on an upper portion thereof, a horizontal support frame (2) fixing a mattress (6), has one open side and has a space part (11) formed on the inside thereof； a mount (20) which is inserted into the space part (11) of the table (10) and has, on an upper portion thereof, a grid insertion part (21) where a grid (8) is inserted, and, on a lower portion, a tray insertion part (22) where a tray (30) is inserted； the tray (30) which has a pair of fixing members (36) fixing an imaging cassette (7) as a link (33) coupled to a guide hole (32) formed through the center thereof by a hinge (34) is elastically supported by a spring (35), and has a handle (31) formed on the front thereof to be slid into the tray insertion part (22)； a moving means (12) which moves, left to right, the mount (20) within the space part (11) of the table (10)； a position adjusting means (40) which moves, left to right, the grid inserted into the grid insertion part (21)； and a control button part (60) which is provided on one side of the bed (1) for a patient to control each of the movements of the moving means (12) and the position adjusting means (40).
