PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for producing a warmed soybean curd easily handled and eaten in a short time, and which can be eaten with a new sensation as if eating a soft ice cream, while dissolving the soybean curd by heating with a microwave oven and in a state where a seasoning is put on an upper part of the soybean curd.SOLUTION: The method for producing the warmed soybean curd includes a soybean curd production process of housing and sealing a soybean curd and a jelly-like seasoning which is dissolved by heating, and a heating process of heating the soybean curd product produced by the production process of the soybean curd with a microwave oven to dissolve the jelly-like seasoning, and warming the soybean curd.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は電子レンジで加熱すると溶解して、豆腐の上部に調味料をかけた状態にして、あたためた豆腐、すなわち温豆腐としてソフトクリームを食するような新しい感覚で食することができる、取り扱いが容易で、短時間に食することができる温豆腐の製造方法を得るにある。【解決手段】 容器内に豆腐および、加熱すると溶解するゼリー状の調味料を収納して密封する豆腐製品の製造工程と、この豆腐製品の製造工程で製造された豆腐製品を電子レンジで加熱し、ゼリー状の調味料を溶解するとともに、豆腐をあたためる加熱工程とで温豆腐の製造方法を構成している。【選択図】 図1
