The present invention provides a multilayer nanofiber to improve the characteristics of nanofibers which store and deliver drugs, comprising: one or more inner layers including nanofibers storing one or more kinds of drugs and one or more outer layers including polymer nanofibers on one or both surfaces of the inner layer. According to the multilayer nanofiber, the delivery speed of drugs can be controlled by using nanofibers of an appropriate polymer as an outer layer. In addition, it is possible to manufacture nanofibers having excellent physical rigidity by introducing polymers having high physical strength to the outer layer.
