PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe capable of not easily causing the rotation of a gasket when mounting a plunger, easily mounting the plunger on the gasket and surely suppressing the detachment of the plunger after being mounted.SOLUTION: The syringe includes a gasket 3, an outer cylinder and a plunger. The plunger has a spiral rib provided on the outer surface of a head part, and the gasket includes a spiral screwing part to be screwed with the spiral rib and a housing part 32 for the spiral rib formed part of the head part of the plunger.
