PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection syringe facilitating installing a plunger to a gasket, and having less risk of coming off of the gasket from the plunger after installation.SOLUTION: An injection syringe 10 comprises a gasket 3, an outer casing 2, and a plunger 4. The plunger 4 includes a spiral rib 44 installed on the external surface of a head part 42. The gasket includes a spiral dent part 33 to be screwed with the spiral rib, an annular rib 34 for stopping the plunger, and a spiral rib formation site housing part 32 of the plunger. The annular rib 34 includes a rib defective part 35 for guiding the spiral rib arriving in the annular rib to the housing part through advancement of screwing of the plunger with the gasket.
