The present invention is a reinvention of Taiwan patent with application No. 100130108, which several massage elements are installed on the lying board of the inversion table and the lying board is penetrated with several sliding slots on the carrying surface. The present invention is characterized in that the massage element is composed of a massage head and a screwing member. The bottom of the massage head is abutted against the carrying surface and upwardly and concavely disposed with a screw hole. The screwing member has a screw stem slidably disposed and position-limited along the sliding slot which has its top screwed with the screw hole and its bottom formed with a force applying portion capable of being tightened against the bottom of the lying board. Through the tightness of the force applying portion, the massage head can be adjusted to the shiatsu position on the user. The technique of adjusting the interval from the force applying portion to the massage head in a stepless manner by turning the force applying portion is sufficiently suitable for different thicknesses of lying board for saving the troubles and expenses of the massage elements of the prior art which has to develop the corresponding molds one by one, so as to achieve the industrial utilization value.本發明係我國第100130108號專利案之再發明。其於倒立機躺板上安裝有若干按摩元件，所述躺板於承載面貫設有若干滑槽，特徵在於：該按摩元件係由按摩頭及螺合件組成，按摩頭底面係抵接於承載面，並向上凹設有螺孔，而螺合件則具有能沿滑槽限位滑合之螺桿，其頂部係螺合於螺孔、底部則成型有一能迫緊於躺板底面之施力部，用以透過施力部之鬆緊，令按摩頭能調整對使用者之指壓位置。此種透過旋轉施力部，進而能無段調整施力部至按摩頭間距之技術，其足以適用於不同厚度之躺板，俾省去上揭專利前案按摩元件須一一開出相應模具之麻煩及費用，極具產業利用價值。
