PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial agent housing body capable of securing a function for discharging an antibacterial substance stably and capable of achieving improvement of productivity and reduction of cost by simplifying production steps.SOLUTION: An antibacterial agent housing body 1 comprises: a particulate antibacterial agent 4 for discharging the antibacterial substance a housing body 2 for housing the antibacterial agent 4 and a discharge hole 3 for discharging the antibacterial substance to the air. The housing body 2 has an outer layer 5 which has no transparency of the antibacterial substance, and an inner layer 6 which has transparency of the antibacterial substance. The outer layer 5 has the discharge hole 3, and the discharge hole 3 is covered by the inner layer 6.
