And the service server traces the locations of the clients in real time and provides the clients with the traffic information. Subway systems(20-1 to 20-N) transmit accommodation information and moving route information of the clients to the service server. Each subway system includes a plurality of RFID tags(8-1 to 8-N), smart sticks(7 to 7-N), and a local server(5-1).
