The present invention relates to a method of making a seagrass growing place using double stone weirs, which is capable of reducing the flow rate of waves lapping the shore by installing stone weirs, and which is capable of activating the growth of seagrass by preventing the separation of seagrass due to external pressures such as tidal currents, waves and others.
