The purpose of the present invention is to determine the time for moving a water supply line and automatically move the water supply line to maintain the straw litter formed in a cattle shed to be in good condition, thereby supplying a sanitary environment to the cattle shed at all times. For achieving the purpose, an apparatus for moving a water supply line and controlling the movement of the water supply line in a cattle shed according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: humidity sensors installed on the water supply line at regular intervals and measuring the moisture content of the straw litter formed on the bottom in the cattle shed to generate a moisture content measurement signal； a controller for receiving the humidity signal to determine the time for moving the water supply line and generate a movement signal； and a lift including a lift bar having one end connected with the water supply line to move the water supply line, a vertical movement unit for moving the lift bar above and below in response to the movement signal, and a horizontal movement unit for moving the lift bar to the left and right in response to the movement signal.본 발명의 목적은 축사 내 형성된 깔짚을 양호한 상태로 유지하기 위하여 급수라인의 이동 시기를 판단하고 자동으로 급수라인을 이동할 수 있도록 하여 항상 축사에 위생적인 환경을 제공하는 것에 있다.위와 같은 목적을 수행하기 위히여 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 축사 급수라인 이동제어 및 이동장치는, 상기 급수라인의 일정 간격마다 설치되어 축사 바닥에 형성된 깔짚의 수분 함량을 측정하여 수분 함량 측정신호를 발생시키는 습도 센서； 상기 습도 신호를 전송받아 상기 급수라인의 이동시기를 판단하여 이동 신호를 발생시키는 제어장치； 상기 급수라인과 일측 단부가 연결되어 상기 급수라인을 이동시키는 리프트바와 상기 이동 신호에 따라 상기 리프트바를 상, 하로 이동시키는 수직 이동부 및 상기 이동 신호에 따라 상기 리프트바를 좌, 우로 이동시키는 수평 이동부를 포함하는 리프트 장치；를 포함한다.
