The present invention relates to a hair perm method using an earthworm or lugworm degradation product and hydrogen water. More specifically, after pre-treating lugworm, earthworm autolysates which are easy to supply raw materials with an easy form, or enzymatic products thereof, and using hydrogen water as a second agent, in a perm method, the wave-forming ability is improved for hairs that have serious damage due to repetitive perm, or hairs that have poor wave-forming ability by conventional methods due to discoloration, and thus wave shapes become more natural, thereby being able to be usefully used for a perm method in which hair that does not obtain a desired wave forming effect by an existing perm method.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 지렁이(Earthworm) 또는 갯지렁이(Lugworm) 분해물 및, 수소수를 이용한 모발의 펌 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 갯지렁이 또는 쉬운 양식으로 원료공급이 용이한 지렁이 자가분해물 또는 이들의 효소분해물을 모발에 전처리한 후, 펌 방법에 있어서, 수소수를 2제로 사용할 경우, 반복적인 펌으로 인해 심각한 손상이 야기된 모발, 또는 탈색으로 인해 기존 방법으로 웨이브 형성능이 좋지 않은 모발에 대하여 웨이브 형성능이 좋아지고, 웨이브 모양도 자연스러워지므로, 기존 펌 방법으로 원하는 정도의 웨이브 형성 효과를 보지 못하는 모발을 대상으로 한 펌 방법에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
