The present invention relates to a cosmetic cleansing composition. More specifically, the cosmetic cleansing composition is safe for the human body and the environment, supplies nutrients to the skin, and has excellent phase stability even after being stored at a room temperature for an extended period of time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cosmetic cleansing composition includes 10 to 25 wt% of polyethylene glycol (PEG) olive ester and 50 to 90 wt% of oil derived from olives with respect to the total weight of the composition.
