PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation comprising a stable IL-13 antibody, a pharmaceutical formulation, and a method of using such a formulation.SOLUTION: The formulation comprises anti-IL13 antibodies and a pH 5.4 to 6.0 histidine acetate buffer. The concentration of the antibody in the formulation is at least 100 mg/ml and the concentration of histidine acetate in the buffer is 5-40 mM. The viscosity of the formulation at 25°C is less than 15 centipoise (cP). The anti-IL13 antibodies comprise 3 heavy chain CDRs and 3 light chain CDRs. In addition, it is preferable for the formulation to include 100-200 mM of polyol and 0.01% to 0.1% of a surfactant.
