The present invention relates to an orthodontic abutment, and more particularly to an orthodontic abutment that can be corrected to correctly hold the position of the tooth. The orthodontic abutment according to the present invention includes an abutment body and an elastic member. The abutment body includes a fixture coupling part inserted into a fixture and coupled to the fixture, and a body part extended to the fixture coupling part so that the fixture is exposed on the implanted gum. The elastic member is mounted to the body portion to protrude laterally from the body portion to press the tooth. In addition, in the abutment for orthodontic abutment, the elastic member preferably protrudes to both sides so as to press all the teeth adjacent to both sides of the body portion. According to the invention, by mounting the abutment of the present invention to the fixture, it is possible to press the teeth located on both sides of the fixture. So simply by mounting the invention to the fixture it is possible to correct the position of the teeth located next to the fixture.본 발명은 치아 교정용 어버트먼트에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 치아의 위치를 올바르게 잡아주도록 교정해줄 수 있는 치아 교정용 어버트먼트에 대한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 치아 교정용 어버트먼트는 어버트먼트본체 및 탄성부재를 포함한다. 상기 어버트먼트본체는 픽스쳐에 삽입되어 상기 픽스쳐에 결합될 수 있는 픽스쳐결합부와, 상기 픽스쳐가 식립된 잇몸 위로 노출될 수 있도록 상기 픽스쳐결합부에 연장된 몸체부를 구비한다. 상기 탄성부재는 상기 치아를 가압할 수 있게 상기 몸체부에서 측면으로 돌출되도록 상기 몸체부에 장착된다.또한, 상기의 치아 교정용 어버트먼트에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 상기 몸체부의 양측에 인접한 상기 치아를 모두 가압할 수 있게 양측으로 돌출된 것이 바람직하다.발명에 의하면 픽스쳐에 본 발명의 어버트먼트를 장착함으로 인하여 픽스쳐의 양 옆에 위치한 치아를 가압할 수 있다. 그래서 간단히 본 발명을 픽스쳐에 장착함으로 인하여 픽스쳐 옆에 위치한 치아의 위치를 교정할 수 있다.
