It is difficult to take out a miso in a container with a small amount, and the surface of the miso becomes irregular, where it dries at a high place and the liquid separates at a low place to deteriorate the quality.SOLUTION: In the present invention, a falling lid placed on a miso in a container moves freely up and down while contacting the inner side surface of the miso container. Raising the outlet in the center of this drop lid and pushing down the falling lid causes the miso to be compressed and moves to the opening and gathers, and further pushing up the rising part. Even when the amount in the container becomes small, the pressed miso gathers at the take-out opening.Also, there is a falling lid and an inner lid on the surface of miso, providing a miso container which can keep the quality of miso by reducing the contact of outside air on the surface.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION【課題】 容器内の味噌が少量に成ると取出しずらい、又、味噌の表面が凸凹になり高い所では乾燥し低い所では液体が分離して品質を劣化させる。【解決手段】 本発明は、容器内の味噌の上に置く落し蓋は味噌容器内側面に接触しながら上下自在に移動する。この落し蓋の中央に取り出し口を立ち上げ、落し蓋を下方に押すと味噌は圧迫され開口部に移動し集合する、さらに押すと立ち上げ部位を競り上がる。 容器内の量が少量に成っても圧迫された味噌は取出し口に集合する。又、味噌の表面に落し蓋と中蓋が有り、表面を外気の接触を少なくし味噌の品質を保持できる味噌容器を提供する。【選択図】図1
