PURPOSE: An adipose derived stem cell, an isolation method thereof and a storing method thereof are provided to enhance survival rate, growth rate, activity and engraft rate.CONSTITUTION: An isolation method of adipose derived stem cell from adipose tissue comprises the following steps: isolating the adipose derived stem cell by adding a collagenase solution to the adipose tissue obtained from human body and removing blood cell by adding a blood cell hemolysis solution to the isoltated adipose derived stem cell. The collagenase solution includes NecroX. The concentration of the NecroX is 0.1-10 micro M. The first step is processed by centrifuge. The isolation method additionally includes a step of washing the obtained adipose derived stem cell.
