An object of the present invention is to provide modified Fc-containing molecules that are resistant to proteolytic degradation compared to wild-type Fc-containing molecules to be used in the prevention or treatment of diseases associated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. According to the present invention, there is provided modified Fc-containing molecules are resistant to proteolytic degradation by pseudolysin/LasB secreted by any strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Linvention concerne des molécules modifiées contenant Fc qui sont résistantes à la dégradation protéolytique par rapport aux molécules de type sauvage contenant Fc, lesdites molécules modifiées étant utilisées pour prévenir ou traiter les maladies associées à Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Les molécules selon linvention résistent à la dégradation protéolytique par la pseudolysine/LasB sécrétée par nimporte quelle souche de Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
