PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement collection tool, in which initial cost for mass-production is suppressed at a low level, a producing step is simplified so as to be carried out at a low production cost, with which both of collection by waiting acceptance of excrement prior to excretion and collection by collecting existing excrement after excretion may be carried out, which is lightweight and small, which reduces uncomfortable feeling upon collection of excrement, and which has an excrement practicality.SOLUTION: There are provided an excrement collection tool 1 and an excrement collection method using it, in which two box having an opening on one side are jointed with a hinge 2 or a double hinge 4 in a manner where they may be freely opened and closed, with which excrement is collected by sealing two boxes in a manner where one box is inserted into the other box, in which the excrement is stored in an excrement storing part 3 having an excellent sealability which is formed with two combined boxes, in which the boxes comprises a part 6 to be depressed by pressure with finger for improving workability, in which an engaging part 7 and a fitting part 10 for fixing the boxes in a closed state and an engagement cancel operation piece 11b for cancelling the engagement are provided, and which is made of at least one or more kinds of material selected from pulp mold, paper, corrugated cardboard, wood material, resin formed product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】量産するための初期費用を低く抑え、製造工程を単純化し製造コストを低いものとし、排泄前の糞を待ち受けての採取、排泄後の既に排泄された糞の採取のいずれも可能で、軽量で嵩張らず、糞採取にまつわる不快感を軽減した実用性の高い糞採取器を提供する。【解決手段】一方が開口した2つの箱状体がヒンジ2又は二重ヒンジ4により開閉自由に連結され、一方の箱状体を他方の箱状体の内に入り込ませて2つの箱状体を閉じ合わせ糞を採取し、閉じ合わされた2つの箱状体により形成される密閉性の高い糞収容部3に糞を収容し、操作性を向上させるための指圧入くぼみ部6を箱状体に備え、箱状体を閉じた状態で固定するための係合部7、嵌合部10、係合を解除するための係合解除操作片11bが設けられ、パルプモールド、紙、段ボール、木質材、樹脂成形体のうちから選ばれる少なくとも1種以上の材料からなる糞採取器1およびこれを用いた糞採取方法である。【選択図】図12
