<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article for surely preventing back leakage and improving a wearing feeling by being fitted to the narrow gap of the perineal area. <；P>；SOLUTION: An absorber 4 is interposed between a liquid permeable surface sheet 3 and a back sheet 2, while a pocket sheet 12 for forming a pocket space P opened to the side of a body fluid discharge part H is provided on the upper surface side of the surface sheet 3 corresponding to the perineal area, and an elastic expansion/contraction member 13 is disposed along the longitudinal direction at the width direction center part of a sanitary napkin 1 to the pocket sheet 12.
